How to Make Arkansas Possum Pie Creating Arkansas Possum Pie is a breeze! Start by mixing cream cheese and powdered sugar to form a smooth base. After layering this delicious frosting-like mixture in your pre-baked pie crust, you'll whip up a chocolate pudding layer that adds richness. Allow the pie to chill in the fridge for a bit, and finish it with a cloud of whipped cream and chocolate shavings for that final touch. Ingredients: 1 pre-baked pie crust 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup powdere

We are making a recipe from every state. First it was Arkansas Possum Pie, now we have Kentucky Butter Cake. This is a dense, but moist vanilla pound cake. It's great by itself or top with fresh berries for extra yumminess! I forgot to film the topping, but it's in the ingredients. Give it a try, it's delish! Kentucky Butter Coat your fluted pan with Pan Coating or spray. Heat oven to 350. 3 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Mix all ingredients together
